We're getting more freight in the system as the season picks up.  With that the rates will gradually climb as well so everybody hang in there!  We'd also like to remind everyone to check all of their safety equipment and make sure everything is working properly and up to date.

A few tips:

• Drivers be sure and get those bills in the mail as quick as possible so your billing department can get the customer invoiced that much quicker. 
• Billing departments may want to consider placing a quick note with their invoices thanking them for their business as prompt payment.  While this seems like a pain in the rear we all know you'll get more flies with sugar - so use it!

We'd also like to remind you that you may post your video files for free at WideloadShipping.tv.  If you have videos posted already on Youtube or other sites all you have to do is add your video URL while posting it and they will still display - it's quick and easy.  This will get your company more exposure!

Pilot car companies are encouraged to update their listings and check to make sure they are looking as good as possible and include as much information as possible about the services they provide in detail.  Some of the listings we have noticed are pretty brief which doesn't give potential customers much to work with when faced with the decision to choose a reliable company.

Remember our forum is a free service to use to advertise and we offer free classifieds ads as well.  Use it as it's a resource and it's free!   The forum secion takes a lot of hits 24 hours a day (you can see how many people are using it live by looking in the lower left hand corner of the forum pages) so you may want to consider using it as a resource.  While commenting on the forum pages the main logo is not clickable to get you to the main page of our site so for now you have to back out of it.  We've passed this on to our programmer and it will be adjusted shortly, pardon the difficulty.

In order to get the absolute most from our system we offer tutorial videos to both Carriers and Pilot Car companies.

• Postings are being deleted: In some browsers it has been reported that once the user clicks logout some of their posts are being removed from the system.  We suggest not clicking logout after posting unless you think someone else using your computer would play with your account - unlikely.  Other than this you will experience no other problems by simply leaving your page or closing your browser.
• Premature deletion:   We've been told by you that postings are being deleted before noon on the day they are set to expire.  Our hosting was recently moved from LA to Dallas, TX on a faster network.  Our developers are working with them to fix this problem of time zone change.  Please check your posts in the meantime to make
  sure they are current and up live.

Please remember that our Live Posting system is currently still in BETA phase ensuring all details are worked out to your perfection.  Our developers are working on the problem at this moment.  We appreciate your feedback and just to be clear the term "Beta phase" does not mean our small fee for using the system will increase (hopefully for ever) as our job is to give you the absolute best "today technology" and service we can for an affordable price!
